RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

To make a return or lodge a complaint, please read the NOTICE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT provided below, then download, complete, and send the appropriate forms to our address. This is necessary for a positive resolution of the case.

Include with the package your statement and the returned product(s), as well as all accessories received with them and the receipt or invoice.

NOTICE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Right of withdrawal from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the goods, or in the case of multiple goods delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us: Zakład Laminatów Poliestrowych Janusz Baran, Stare Sioło 46, 37-630 Oleszyce, e-mail: sklep@sklep.zlp.com.pl, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please send the goods to: Zakład Laminatów Poliestrowych Janusz Baran, Stare Sioło 46, 37-630 Oleszyce, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to the consumer in the cases referred to in Art. 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
